How is this calculated?
Tier 1: 0.18 SAR/kWh for the first 6,000 kWh. Tier 2: 0.30 SAR/kWh for usage above 6,000 kWh. Total = Tier1 + Tier2 + fixed fee. Residential electricity is not subject to 15% VAT.
